We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at ADELE TAGIROVA NOTARY CORPORATION. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our notary services, including opening and distributing mail, scheduling appointments, and maintaining filing systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our notary services, including opening and distributing mail, scheduling appointments, and maintaining filing systems.
  • Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage.
  • Assist with preparing contracts and other papers, as required.
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Electronic mail, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a focus on attention to detail. The position is permanent, with a 30 to 35 hour workweek and a health care plan.
