About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team at Pizza Pizza. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead and motivate a team of restaurant staff to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance, including menu engineering, inventory management, and staff training.
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages to ensure high-quality standards.
    • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Customer Service and Experience
    • Ensure exceptional customer service by responding to customer complaints and feedback.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
