About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team at Pizza Pizza. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our restaurant operations and ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance and profitability.
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and food safety protocols.
    • Ensure that all restaurant equipment and facilities are well-maintained and in good working order.
  • Customer Service and Experience
    • Develop and implement customer service strategies to ensure that customers receive an exceptional dining experience.
    • Monitor and address customer complaints and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
    • Ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and compliant with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
