Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and provincial employment laws and regulations in the US and Canada.
- Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) or Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits management, with at least 3 years in a similar role covering both the US and Canada.
