OptiCare Training Centre is seeking an Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and carrying out administrative activities of the establishment.

Job Description
  • We are offering a competitive salary in the range of $55,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • This full-time position involves working 40 hours per week with a possibility of shift or on-call work.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and a college diploma or equivalent. They will also possess excellent interpersonal skills, oral communication, and written communication skills. Additionally, they will be organized, reliable, adaptable, and have integrity.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  2. Delegate work to office support staff to ensure effective use of resources
  3. Carry out administrative activities such as data entry, training staff, and overseeing payroll administration
  4. Co-ordinate and plan for office services including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
  5. Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: College diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, oral communication, and written communication skills
  • Personal Suitability: Organized, reliable, adaptable, and integrity
