Key Responsibilities- Training and Development: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for new hires and existing Beauty Advisors, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to provide outstanding customer service and drive sales.
- Client Experience: Lead the Client Experience Lead (CEL) initiative, ensuring timely responses to client feedback and resolving issues promptly. Engage with Beauty Advisors and clients on-stage to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Talent Champion: Collaborate with Talent & Business Operations leaders to identify and hire top talent for store roles, managing the interviewing and hiring process for direct reports.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: Stay up-to-date on store goals, opportunities, and trends, ensuring Beauty Advisors are aligned with each.
- Employee Engagement: Demonstrate Sephora's values of Passion for Client Service, Innovation, Expertise, Work-Life Balance, Respect for All, Teamwork, and Initiative, inspiring a culture of excellence within the store.
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Exceptional leadership and influential skills.
- Proven ability to lead and build top-performing teams.
- Proven ability to create teams by attracting and identifying talented store leaders who can train and develop cast to drive sales and deliver outstanding client service.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
