We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Ontario Inc.
Job Summary:The Store Manager will be responsible for the overall management of our retail store, including staff supervision, customer service, sales, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Supervision: Manage and supervise a team of retail staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets, analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise.
- Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 5 years or more of retail management experience.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in inventory management software.
The Store Manager will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with regular exposure to cash handling, customer service, and inventory management.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
Hours of Work:30 hours per week.
