Store Manager

Harmi Enterprises is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, managing staff, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of retail staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Store Operations: Manage store inventory, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, and collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products and services.
- Financial Management: Manage store budgets, monitor sales and expenses, and make data-driven decisions to optimize store performance.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 5 years or more of retail management experience.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
The Store Manager will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will be comfortable with a high level of responsibility and accountability.
