Salary:
The salary for this position is estimated to be between $50,000 and $60,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Job Description:
This role involves coordinating and directing food production for our staff cafeteria. The successful candidate will support daily food production, including menu planning, purchasing, inventory management, and cost control. They will also supervise kitchen leadership teams, evaluate performance, and implement quality improvements. Additionally, they will oversee catering functions and special events, ensuring compliance with Company standards and provincial/federal legislation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you will need Red Seal Certification, 2-3 years of experience as a Chef, and strong leadership skills. You should be able to lead the team to deliver high safety and food quality standards, inspire innovation, and effectively communicate with customers, clients, and staff at all levels. A passion for food, people, and sustainability is essential.
