At Charter, we're seeking a seasoned IT Network Lead to join our team in Iqaluit, Nunavut. As an experienced professional with 8+ years of experience as a Network Admin/Engineer, you'll be responsible for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting network infrastructure, including Cisco and Palo Alto devices.

This is a rare opportunity to lead and execute complex network projects, leveraging your expertise in managing wireless networks, such as Cisco Meraki and HP Aruba. You'll also be responsible for supporting Layer 2/Layer 3 networking, VLANs, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, etc.), and redundancy protocols (HSRP, VRRP). Additionally, you'll manage network security, including firewalls and VPNs.

We're looking for a candidate who excels in troubleshooting network issues and resolving connectivity problems. Your experience in documenting network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps will be invaluable to our team. While SD-WAN and SDx/SDA experience is an asset, it's not mandatory.

This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English. As this position involves remote rotation, candidates must be authorized to work in Canada.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Additionally, flights and accommodations will be provided for remote rotations. This is a 1-year term, with a strong possibility of extension.
