This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of the business operations.

You will collaborate closely with the Head of Field Sales to identify challenges, uncover opportunities, and drive efficiencies within our sales operations.

Your focus will be on enforcing CRM hygiene, analyzing trends, and ensuring alignment across all revenue functions.

Partner with senior leadership to align revenue goals with business objectives.

Sales Collaboration:

Work closely with the Head of Field Sales to identify and address challenges and opportunities within the sales process.

Provide actionable insights to improve sales performance and efficiency.

Create and Present Reports:

Develop and present detailed reports and dashboards to track performance and guide decision-making.

CRM Management:

Oversee CRM system maintenance and hygiene, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

Develop and enforce best practices for CRM usage among field sales representatives.

Requirements:

We are seeking a professional with a proven track record of at least [X] years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role, preferably within the business industry.

Strong analytical abilities with experience in data-driven decision making and advanced proficiency in analytical tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

Demonstrated experience working closely with sales teams and senior leadership to drive results.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and insights clearly and effectively.

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
