Business Development Manager


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain business development processes to drive sales growth
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to qualify and market to potential customers
  • Manage business development representatives for lead generation and customer engagement
  • Oversee CRM usage and ensure data accuracy
  • Develop and maintain new hire and interview processes for BDC reps and appointment coordinators

Requirements:

  • Previous automotive dealership experience
  • Valid OMVIC certification
  • Superior communication and organizational skills
  • Bilingual in English and French a plus
  • Previous CRM and Microsoft Office experience
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
