Director, Finance

As a key member of the Business Integration team, the Director, Finance will be responsible for leading the Corporation's accounting and financial planning functions. This includes formulating financial administration and accounting policies, procedures, and systems, as well as directing the preparation of financial statements and reports to Management and the Board of Directors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial administration and accounting policies, procedures, and systems
  • Direct the preparation of financial statements and reports to Management and the Board of Directors
  • Ensure compliance with applicable legislation and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and manage the Corporation's financial planning and analysis function
  • Provide financial guidance and support to the Business Integration team
Requirements:
  • University degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards
  • 7+ years of experience managing a team of professionals in a variety of disciplines
  • Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and provide recommendations to senior management
  • Language Requirements: BBB (Bilingualism in French & English)
