About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Finance to join our Business Integration team. As a key member of our finance leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our financial planning and analysis functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making.
  • Lead the preparation of financial statements and reports for management and the Board of Directors.
  • Establish and maintain effective financial controls and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to business leaders to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including the Audit Committee and external auditors.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging accounting issues and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
Requirements
  • Completion of a University Degree in Commerce, Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • CPA designation.
  • Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards.
  • 7+ years of experience in a finance leadership role, with a focus on financial planning and analysis.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent ability to work strategically and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
