Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to oversee the efficiency of our sales floor and lead our sales team to success.

The ideal candidate will have experience in retail operations, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the sales team to ensure customers receive exceptional service
  • Conduct sales and inventory management to drive business growth
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales associates to enhance product knowledge and customer experience
  • Inspire and motivate employees to maintain high morale and productivity
  • Assist customers and resolve service issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Promote the store on social media to build brand awareness and drive sales
Requirements:
  • Experience in retail operations with a focus on customer service
  • Ability to maintain a customer-focused environment and work collaboratively with the team
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays
  • Able to stand for an 8-hour shift
  • Salary Range: $37,000 - $39,000 per year based on experience
