About the Role

Villa Chevron is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the retail store, including managing inventory, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Merchandising and Inventory: Manage the merchandising and inventory of the store, including ordering merchandise, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring that products are displayed in an attractive and appealing manner.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that customers have a positive experience in the store.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and customer service, providing insights and recommendations to improve store performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a retail environment
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
