Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Manager to join our team at West Can Auto Parts Ltd. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, authorize returns, and maintain a visually appealing store display.
  • Sales and Revenue: Meet or exceed sales targets, prepare sales reports, and analyze sales data to inform business decisions.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints, provide excellent customer service, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Store Operations: Manage store opening and closing procedures, maintain a clean and safe store environment, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and coach employees to improve performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
