Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage customer orders in the JD Edwards system, ensuring data integrity throughout the order lifecycle.
  • Verify and validate purchase order details, ensuring compliance with company policies and customer agreements.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and track order statuses, ensuring updates are communicated promptly and accurately to customers.
  • Coordinate with logistics, operations, and procurement teams to ensure alignment between customer expectations and operations capabilities.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to address and resolve customer issues, ensuring seamless communication between departments.

Requirements:

  • Completed DEC in administration, business, or a related field is a valuable asset.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills in French and English.
  • Comfortable and confident in communicating with customers via phone and email.
  • Demonstrates a strong work ethic and a drive for success, with essential qualities of compassion, integrity, and honesty.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a Customer Service Representative within distribution, logistics, or manufacturing industries.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, able to make quick decisions and work under pressure.
