Proforce Personnel is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Coordinator to support their Apparel client. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with excellent communication abilities.

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum

Job Description

This is a unique opportunity for a dedicated individual to make a positive impact in the apparel industry. As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless order execution, vendor management, and timely resolution of discrepancies.

The ideal candidate will possess strong time management skills, proficiency in MS Office software, and experience working in customer-facing roles, preferably in the apparel industry. Retail experience with companies like Costco is also an asset.

Responsibilities
  • Daily execution of orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Management of discrepancies between customer and vendor orders
  • Order processing and entry into the system
  • Resolution of delivery issues and chargebacks
  • Continual evaluation and improvement of internal processes
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service, preferably in the apparel industry
  • Strong time management skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in basic MS Office software
  • Experience working with retailers like Costco
