Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our team at ACC Gold and Diamond Jewellers Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Open and distribute mail and other materials
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Oversee payroll administration
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Perform data entry
  • Supervise office staff
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and a minimum of 7 months of experience in an administrative role.

Working Conditions:

This is a permanent position with a typical workweek consisting of 35 to 40 hours per week.

Language:

The primary language spoken in this role is English.
