We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at B.C. Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to coordinate the flow of information within the team.

Daily tasks will include opening and distributing mail, scheduling appointments, and answering telephone calls and messages.

Additionally, you will be responsible for ordering office supplies, arranging travel, and maintaining inventory.

Able to type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.

This is a permanent position, and the ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience.

The working language is English, and the working hours are 30 hours per week.
