About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our Cloud Support Data Science team. As a key member of this team, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging data and machine intelligence to drive business strategy and operations for our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Design and maintain complex data pipelines to generate accurate forecasts for support case volume, enabling informed capacity planning and scheduling decisions.
  • Lead regular business reviews with senior stakeholders, providing actionable insights on drivers of change within our organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and address high-impact challenges through advanced analytics projects and tools.
  • Influence the direction of engineering and infrastructure work, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
About the Team

You will be working closely with Sales, Engineering, and other Cloud Support teams to develop analytics solutions that deliver actionable insights and enhance the customer experience. Our team is dedicated to using data-driven approaches to drive business outcomes.

  • A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
