Our mission is to be a leader in arts education and build community through innovation, excellence, and inclusivity.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, guests, and vendors on event days
- E nsure clients adhere to their rental agreements and monitor client activities
- Establish communication protocols with client contacts throughout the event
- Coordinate front-of-house staff, including volunteers, box office attendants, ushers, and concession/bar servers
- Oversee the safety and wellbeing of patrons during performances
- Perform administrative tasks as needed
- High school diploma required; minimum 1 year experience in customer service or front-of-house experience in special events, entertainment, or hospitality field
- Proven ability to multitask, adapt to changing needs, and problem-solve effectively
- Diversity and inclusion skills an asset
$22.40 per hour, paid on an hourly basis. Arts Umbrella offers a dynamic work environment, opportunities for growth and development, and the chance to make a positive impact on the lives of young people through the arts.
