Job Summary:

McFarlan Rowlands Insurance Brokers is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial lines department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, managing their policies, and ensuring their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to assigned clients, handling their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage client policies, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to develop and implement customized insurance solutions for clients.
  • Monitor and manage client renewals, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Process and manage client claims, providing support and guidance throughout the process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information, policies, and claims.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices to ensure the highest level of service and expertise.

Requirements:

  • RIBO license required.
  • 3-5 years of commercial lines experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
