About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Developer to join our team at Ortec Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and developing strong partnerships with our customers and prospects.
Key Responsibilities
- Explore business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders;
- Manage customer relationships and accounts to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention;
- Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements to drive revenue growth;
- Conduct site visits to assess business needs and opportunities;
- Develop and implement business plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the industrial or chemical cleaning sector;
- Knowledge of provincial and regional competitors and environmental legislation;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and other relevant software;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to travel regularly to our sites in Ontario (valid driver's license required).
