**Sales and Service**

* Supervise and train restaurant staff to ensure excellent customer service and develop strategies to improve sales and profitability.

**Customer Experience**

* Ensure customer satisfaction and address customer complaints, while maintaining a clean and safe environment.

**Additional Responsibilities**

* Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed, assist with menu development and pricing decisions, and ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation regulations.
