Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Firm Capital Property Management Corp.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Direct and control daily operations
  • Train staff and establish policies and procedures
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, manage contracts, and answer telephone and electronic enquiries
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information, and maintain digital databases
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Ability to work on-site, with no option for remote work
