Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure seamless service delivery. This role requires effective management of staff, inventory, and customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Lead a team of food service counter attendants and food preparers, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints or concerns promptly.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.
- Work Schedules: Establish work schedules and maintain a fast-paced environment, working under pressure and standing for extended periods.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 2 years of experience in a related role.
- Skills: Excellent oral communication, initiative, team player, client focus, and efficient interpersonal skills.
