Job Title: Restaurant Swing Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Swing Manager to join our team at McDonalds Restaurants. As a Restaurant Swing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that our customers receive their orders in a timely manner.
- Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure that our restaurant meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining the high standards that our customers expect from McDonalds Restaurants.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers feel valued and respected.
- Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights into our restaurant's performance.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on restaurant performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive growth and success.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
