Restaurant Swing Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Swing Manager to join our team at McDonalds Restaurants. As a Swing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing a positive and welcoming experience for all.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
