Restaurant Swing Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Swing Manager to join our team at McDonalds Restaurants. As a Swing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement effective work schedules to meet business needs
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service counter attendants and food preparers
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports as required
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Standing for extended periods and attention to detail
