Restaurant Swing Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Swing Manager to join our team at McDonalds Restaurants. As a Swing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are working efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Operations Management: Establish methods to meet work schedules, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and ensure that our customers receive exceptional service.
- Team Management: Establish work schedules, supervise food service counter attendants and food preparers, and maintain a fast-paced and efficient work environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent oral communication, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, and team player.
