Job Title: Director of Wind Turbine Sales

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Wind Turbine Sales to join our team at ROSS. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding sales and business development activities across Canada, working closely with our client, a global leader in sustainable development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop negotiation strategies and lead or co-lead negotiations with customers for turbine supply agreements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for receipt and development of quotations in support of Request-for-Proposals related to assigned market segment WTG sales.
  • Manage customer communications throughout the sales process, including internal and external reporting.
  • Work with the Marketing Team to develop marketing material and brochures.
  • Represent the company at Industry trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings.
  • Report on the financial performance of each support or sales contract in coordination with the Finance Department and Project Management Team.
  • Ensure agreements/contracts meet the company's Quality and Safety standards.
  • Analyze WTG O&M and warranty cost performance against budget.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline; MBA degree a plus.
  • 5-7 years experience in capital equipment or construction sales.
  • 3 years concentration in wind turbine sales or utilities an absolute must.
