Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized customer service and support to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist clients with a range of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments.
  • Identify opportunities to promote products and services to clients, ensuring they are aware of the full range of banking options available.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives and support the achievement of sales targets.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills, ensuring you are up-to-date with the latest banking products and services.
Requirements
  • High school diploma and/or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Post-secondary education in a related field is an asset.
