Requirements
  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a financial services environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
