We are seeking a Customer Experience Associate to join our team at Scotiabank. As a key member of our Canadian Banking Branch network, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers.

Your primary responsibility will be to connect with customers in a relatable way, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions. You will be responsible for processing day-to-day transactions, nurturing long-standing relationships, and contributing to the Branch's targets by identifying and fulfilling simple sales opportunities.
