About the Role

The Customer Experience Associate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through various channels, ensuring timely and professional responses to customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a thoughtful and efficient manner.
  • Assist customers with product selection, order placement, and post-purchase support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback on customer insights and improvement areas.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to assist customers effectively.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience by gathering and analyzing customer feedback.
Requirements
  • College Diploma and/or relevant experience.
  • 5+ years previous experience in a customer service or customer-facing role, ideally in eCommerce or retail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
