The Customer Experience Associate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through various channels, ensuring timely and professional responses to customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a thoughtful and efficient manner.
- Assist customers with product selection, order placement, and post-purchase support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback on customer insights and improvement areas.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience by gathering and analyzing customer feedback.
- College Diploma and/or relevant experience.
- 5+ years previous experience in a customer service or customer-facing role, ideally in eCommerce or retail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
