Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at A&W. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are motivated and productive.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Excellence: Ensure that all aspects of restaurant operations are running smoothly, including food preparation, customer service, and inventory management.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of restaurant staff to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and sales growth.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a positive experience and that their needs are met.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure that the restaurant is always stocked and ready to serve.
- Financial Management: Manage the restaurant's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong leadership skills.
