Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Operations Management Trainee to join our team. As a Sales and Operations Management Trainee, you will be responsible for developing consumer and commercial customer solutions to local and national accounts, managing our large inventory of world-class vehicles, and generating new business leads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Manage and maintain a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports to track sales performance and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Post-secondary diploma in business or marketing (bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Results-oriented and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Valid Class G/Class 5 driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles
