Job Title: Corporate Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Sales Manager to join our team at Hong Dao Business Development Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Lead a team of 3-4 sales professionals in achieving sales targets and developing business relationships.
  • Strategic Planning: Determine strategic planning related to new product lines and establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales.
  • Training and Development: Arrange training for staff and conduct performance reviews to ensure the team is equipped with the necessary skills to succeed.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
  • Recruitment and Management: Recruit, organize, train, and manage staff to ensure the team is operating efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in sales and business development.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
