Supervisor - Sales Leadership

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team at Bath & Body Works. As a Sales Team Lead, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, developing outstanding associates, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase sales revenue.
- Provide coaching and feedback to associates to improve their sales skills and customer service abilities.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement operational plans to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Ensure that all sales associates are knowledgeable about products and services and can provide excellent customer service.
- Manage and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive shopping environment.
- Perform opening and closing routines, including execution of bank deposits, receipt of shipment, and interpretation/dissemination of company directives.
- Act as the manager on duty when scheduled to support customer service, work with vendors, or address maintenance issues.
- Proven experience in sales leadership or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve sales goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
