About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Husky. As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and ensuring the success of our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory levels to ensure that we have the right products in stock to meet customer demand.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address any issues.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to sales team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales or leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical Capabilities: Standing for extended periods.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
