About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Factory Shoe. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Sales Floor Management: Assign sales workers to duties, authorize returns, and establish work schedules to ensure efficient sales floor operations.
  • Customer Service: Sell merchandise, resolve customer complaints, and provide a positive shopping experience for our customers.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in basic math and inventory management.
