- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth
- Collaborate with the chef to prepare food order summaries and ensure seamless kitchen operations
- Supervise the assembly and delivery of food trays and trolleys, ensuring timely and accurate service
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
