We're looking for a driven Business Development Representative to join our team at TEEMA Solutions Group. As a Business Development Representative, you'll play a key role in developing and maintaining client relationships, driving sales growth, and achieving success through strategic planning and execution.

About the Role

Responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining client relationships to drive sales growth
  • Analyzing client needs to recommend suitable life insurance products
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company standards
  • Identifying new business opportunities
  • Utilizing CRM tools to track and manage sales pipelines

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A RIBO License or OTL license willing to convert to RIBO
  • A strong understanding of personal and commercial insurance products and market trends
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience with Applied Rating, Acturis, and insurance portals is a plus
