Position Summary

Manages the daily execution of the business development strategy, plans, and processes to drive sales, increase revenue, expand markets, and accomplish financial objectives. Responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and developing strategies to expand our market presence.

Schedule: 40 hours Monday to Friday

What you will do

- Execute best practices and effective tactics for prospecting new markets, partners, channels, and customers.
- Develop and use contacts and relationships within the industry, business environment, and customer base to understand and respond to competition, pricing, and product demand changes.
- Make suggestions for new product offerings or improvements to sales or marketing efforts.
- Administer or negotiate new business proposals and prepare contracts.

What You'll Bring

- 5-7 years sales experience in the FTL & LTL Refrigerated market
- You are a true Hunter with a can-do, don't-give-up attitude
- Passion for sales, work ethic, and a drive to succeed
- You know how to get past the gatekeeper and get to the decision maker
- You're a closer, with exemplary customer service skills.
- Strong documentation skills with (CRM) software, like Salesforce
- Ability to build strong relationships and are a team player
- Attention to detail and strong analytical ability
- Willingness to travel, as needed
