In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, nurturing, and closing new BairesDev clients primarily from your network and/or industry that are not inbound leads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with midsize to enterprise-level clients across various industries, focusing on Consumer (Retail, Logistics, and Distribution) sectors.
  • Present BairesDev's unique value proposition tailored to the needs of our potential clients' senior executives.
Project Management:
  • Scope projects, shape engagements, and define business solutions that satisfy client needs and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Plan, implement, and manage lead generation, sales activities, and pipelines to meet annual revenue targets and business goals.
  • Organize and mobilize teams throughout the complex sales cycle.
  • Understand and assist in managing key risks through tactical plans and actions.
Sales Expertise:
  • A sales expert passionate about selling technology solutions.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience selling professional IT or software services.
  • Proven success in sourcing, nurturing, and closing midsize and Enterprise accounts.
  • Demonstrated strategic, creative, and analytical sales approach.

We offer an excellent compensation package, including a base salary of $120,000 - $180,000 and commissions, well above the market average. Benefits include healthcare coverage (Vision and Dental), 100% remote work, flexible hours, and a hardware setup for work-from-home requirements.
