Director of Global HR Strategy

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Global HR Strategy and Organizational Design efforts. As Director of Global HR Strategy, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our HR function and driving business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a global HR target operating model, defining global standards and processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Partner with Global HR leaders and business stakeholders to design and implement organizational structures and processes that support our business goals.
- Lead a team of experts to develop and implement standard operating procedures for HR processes, ensuring consistency and quality across the organization.
- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership on HR-related matters, including talent management, succession planning, and organizational development.
- Conduct diagnostics and gap analyses to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations to drive business outcomes.
- Proven experience in organizational design, strategic workforce planning, and global HR strategy.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior leaders and business stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to think strategically and drive business outcomes, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
