About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Global HR. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting job notices, and coordinating the selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staffing Requirements
    • Identify current and prospective staffing needs to ensure optimal workforce planning
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Recruitment Process
    • Prepare and post job notices and advertisements to attract qualified candidates
    • Screen and shortlist applicants based on job requirements and qualifications
    • Coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates
  • Candidate Management
    • Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers
    • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
  • Technology and Tools
    • Utilize MS Windows, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word to manage recruitment processes
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and multiple priorities
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve recruitment goals
Requirements
  • Education
    • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of recruitment experience
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to work in a team environment
    • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
